Privacy Policy

ReadyPack LLC ("we", "us") builds the ReadyPack mobile and web apps. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to the ReadyPack app and to readypack.app.

Data we collect

• Account data: email address and authentication identifiers from sign-in providers (Apple, Google) or email/password sign-up.
• Location: a country-level profile location for catalog availability. If you choose location-based disaster suggestions, coordinates are used while the app is open for that calculation and are not saved to your account.
• Content you create: backpacks, items, expiry dates, and any data you choose to attach to them.
• Device and diagnostics: app version, device model, OS version, and crash logs needed to keep the app working.

Authentication

We use Supabase to handle authentication and to store your account and content. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive only the identifiers required to create your account.

Location

ReadyPack stores only country-level profile location, such as country name and country code. Optional disaster suggestions can use foreground device location while the app is open, but coordinates are not synced to your ReadyPack account.

Notifications

If you opt in, we send local notifications for upcoming item expiries. Notifications are scheduled on your device; we do not send marketing push messages.

Analytics and crash reporting

We may collect anonymized analytics and crash reports to fix bugs and improve the product. Reports do not include the content of your backpacks.

Sharing your data

We don't sell your data. We share data only with the processors we need to run the service (e.g., Supabase for storage and authentication, Apple/Google for sign-in).

Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us. If we operate in your region, GDPR/CCPA rights apply.

Children

ReadyPack is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
