These Terms of Service govern your use of the ReadyPack mobile and web apps provided by ReadyPack LLC. By using ReadyPack you agree to these terms.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use ReadyPack.

Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to violate any law or third-party rights.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the operation of the service.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

Your content

You retain ownership of the backpacks, items, and other content you create. You grant us the limited license needed to host and display that content as part of the service (including via share links you generate).

Subscriptions and billing

Premium features may be offered as a recurring subscription billed by the App Store or Google Play. Pricing, renewal, and cancellation follow the platform's standard rules.

Disclaimer

ReadyPack is provided "as is" for general preparedness organization. It is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, or otherwise). Use your own judgment in emergencies.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReadyPack LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
